In Australia they have quite a few different design ideas. Fytowall has a modular system in place in Australia that allows you to have some pretty amazing looking wall gardens both indoors and out.

Using bushier plants really help cover the wall so all you see is a field of green. Mixing up the different greens can have a stunning effect. You can even stick them outdoors on a deck
